GETRENTACAR.COM REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

GetRentacar respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512) and other applicable laws, GetRentacar has adopted the following policy regarding repeat infringers.

1. Definition of Repeat Infringer

A "Repeat Infringer" is any user who has:

• had content removed or access disabled more than once pursuant to valid copyright infringement notices; or
• engaged in repeated acts of copyright infringement, whether or not the same copyrighted work is involved.

2. Enforcement Measures

GetRentacar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take appropriate action against repeat infringers, including:

• issuing warnings;
• temporary suspension of user accounts or access privileges;
• permanent termination of user accounts;
• blocking re-registration by the same user.

3. Determination of Infringement

GetRentacar determines repeat infringement based on:

• the number of valid DMCA notices received;
• the frequency of infringing activity;
• the user's response to prior warnings or notices.

4. No Obligation to Monitor

GetRentacar does not actively monitor user content for copyright infringement but will act expeditiously upon receipt of valid notices.

5. Reservation of Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits GetRentacar's right to pursue any other remedies available under law or equity.
