Drivers Age
Minimum driver"s age requirement is 21 years and the maximum age is 70 years.
A young driver surcharge of USD 20 per day will apply for driver"s aged between 21 years to 24 years.
A senior driver surcharge of USD 20 per day will apply for driver"s aged older than 70 years old.
Driver’s License
Driver must present a full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 year with no major endorsements. A valid ID card and passport would be required at time of pick up. No photocopy or digital copy will be accepted.
Underage charges and restrictions will apply to all additional drivers.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance is NOT included in the rental amount.
Insurance is accepted only if issued in USA.
In order to use the renter"s own insurance, he/she must provide proof of TPL and CDW coverage in his/her own name, issued by one of the following companies: State Farm, Liberty Mutual, Geico, Progressive, Infinity, USAA, All state, Farmers.
Renter must provide a proof of own insurance.
Acceptable proof of insurance must include insurance declaration page, insurance card on the main driver"s name, Insurance, that is valid for at
least 3 months before the pickup date, insurance declaration page, that matches with the home address on the driving license, Third Party
Liability (TPL) coverage with a limit of at least 500,000 USD.
If opting to self-insure, the renter must have a full coverage policy that includes the deductible, physical damage, and liability.
Otherwise, the renter will be required to purchase TPL and CDW for an additional charge.

Fees
Airport Fee is not included in the rental amount.

Prepaid Toll Service
Prepaid tolls are available for USD **.** per day. If the customer declines Toll pass/E-toll device The City will put a penalty of UDS **.** to the plate for each toll pass without the activation of the plate if this happens a Fine of $**.** will be charge by Nico Rent A Car for each penalty that we will receive and toll used in addition to the cost for each unpaid toll will apply. Please check at the rental desk for more information.

Roadside Assistance
Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the purchase of the Road Assistance Services of the hire.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied AS IS you must bring the fuel level has we give it to you .. Otherwise, missing fuel will be charged on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk at the checkout.

Mileage Policy

90 miles per day.
Unlimited Mileage purchase is available for an additional fee of $ **.** flat rate.

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel IS NOT allowed.
Tax Rate
Tax is included in the rental price but not on the reservation cost.

Payment Methods for the Rental

The following Credit Cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover – are accepted and must be on main driver’s name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash payments are allowed at the front desk in the moment of pick up the rental of the vehicle only.
Security Deposit
Deposit is a security sum of money to be blocked on / taken from the main driver’s credit card at pick-up, if there are no damages to the car, at the time of the drop-off and checkout your deposit is refunded. Please be informed that it will take up to 20 business days to have this amount back in your account depending on your bank.
Credit cards are required to cover the deposit and must be valid to the minimum for the following month from start of rental. The credit card to be accepted for the security deposit must have a $500 US Dollar available amount at the moment of pick up.

A refundable deposit of USD 500 is held from the credit card at the time of rental until 20 business days after the checkout date of the vehicle.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection service is not available.

Shuttle Free
Free Shuttle only available at the Miami International Airport. Only Pick up and drop off at the Miami International Airport.
Waiting Period for the shuttle at the shuttle station 45 minutes.
If the customer does not arrive at the shuttle station within 45 minutes from the pick-up time. The reservation will be considered NO SHOW.
Booking Lead Time
24 hrs minimal time to confirm last minute booking lead time reservation.
Out of Hours
Out of hours pick-up and drop-off is only available for Miami International Airport for an additional charge of USD 25 per drop-off or pick-up.
Out of hours pick-up and drop-off is not available for Fort Lauderdale.
Period of Rental
Minimum 3 days maximum 28 days
All reservations must be place 24 hrs in advance.
Modifications
Cancelation is free.

Confirmation of Special Equipment depends upon the availability at the rental desk.

Checkout

At the moment of check out the customer must do the checkout of the vehicle ONLY with a Nico’s Agent (the personal must be identified with a tag that works for Nico rent a car.)
At the Drop-off date and time indicated on the contract, an inspection will take place on Nico rent a car location indicated also in the contract. The checkout of the vehicle will finish at the counter, after this the customer will be guide to the shuttle to the Miami International Airport if it is needed.
