ORANGE RENT A CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

**. Minimum age to rent a car is 21 years, and the maximum age is 60 years
**. All the vehicles are under full comprehensive insurance with an excess amount of 1000 Riyals.
**. A valid driving license, ID proof and a Valid Credit card are mandatory for all the rentals. The rental company won’t be able to release the vehicle if one of these is not met in order.
**. The credit card must be under the main driver’s name and must be physically presented at the time of taking the car.
**. 1000 Riyals will be on hold from the given Credit Card at the time of releasing the vehicle. The hold amount will be released at the end of the rentals.
**. All traffic fines during the rental period will be charged back to the hirer on his/ her given Credit Card in absence of hirer.
**. Mode of payment could be in Cash, Debit Cards and Credit Cards.
**. A police report is mandatory in case of an Accident/ Damage. The police report will ensure the insurance claims and the mistaken party.
**. If the fault is under the hirer as per the police report, the excess amount will be charged.
**. A child seat can be provided at the rate of 35 Riyals per day.
**. Fare fuel policy.
**. Free additional driver.
**. Free delivery and pickup.
**. The rental charges included the airport surcharges with unlimited kilometers and excluding any toll charges, parking charges etc.
**. A 10% service charge will be added on top of the traffic fine if the fine is settled by the rental company.
