RENTAL TERMS
The daily mileage limit is 300 km for reservations up to 10 days. For rentals between 11 and 30 days, the total mileage limit is 3,000 km. If the specified limits are exceeded, a fee of **.** ₺ will be charged for each extra kilometer.
Vehicles have (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance with deductible coverage. Provided that the driver is not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or similar substances causing loss of consciousness, in cases where the guest is at fault in the accident, the guest is responsible for the deductible amount.
Our fuel policy requires you to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered with. If returned with less fuel, the fuel difference fee will be charged; if returned with more fuel, no refund will be given.
A valid credit card must be presented at the time of rental. If you do not want to share credit card information, you can proceed by selecting the “pay deposit” option via contacting us or upon rental. With this option, a deposit will be taken at the time of rental and, provided there is no problem, the deposit will be fully refunded upon vehicle return.
Reservations are confirmed based on vehicle group and transmission type. If availability is insufficient, a vehicle from the same or a higher segment will be provided.
