What do I need to do to rent a vehicle?

Choose the model you want on our website or request a vehicle to be personally chosen for you.

What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
  • A passport

  • A recent driving licence or an driving permit

Additionally, the vehicle’s owner has the right to request a selfie with you holding your driving licence.

How far in advance do I need to book a vehicle?

Any vehicle in our catalogue can be rented immediately, but ideally no less than 48 hours before the beginning of the rental period.

How can I find out if the vehicle I want is available during the time period I need?

Choose the dates you need in the search section. All available vehicles will be shown on the page.

How old do I need to be to rent a vehicle?

The minimum age is 18, but vehicle owners reserve the right to set a minimum age and amount of driving experience.

What does the rental cost NOT include?

Parking charges, fuel, and any other services the vehicle owner may provide, for example vehicle delivery and return, child seats or additional insurance.

How do I know my booking has been confirmed?

You’ll get an email with confirmation. If you can’t see one, check your spam folder. Additionally, our managers will get in contact to clarify rental details.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay 10% of the cost by card on the site and 90% with cash when you get your vehicle. Alternatively, you can pay the full sum and the cost of rent all by card on the website.

Do I need to pay a deposit before the rental period begins?

Whether or not you need to pay a deposit depends on the vehicle’s owner.

On what terms will my deposit be returned and how long will it take?

The total amount will be returned to your card within two weeks, under the required condition that the vehicle be washed and have a full tank of fuel, otherwise the vehicle’s owner will keep part of the deposit for these services.

Additionally, the owner may deduct part of the deposit for:

  • Driving offences

  • Being involved in a road traffic accident

  • Late vehicle return

  • Exceeding the maximum mileage given in the offer

  • Anything else specified in the offer or by the vehicle owner

How do I cancel my booking?

You can do it online on our site, via email to [email protected] or by calling us on:

You can cancel your booking for free no less than 24 hours before your journey, otherwise a non-refundable fee applies.

What do I do if I need a child seat?

When choosing your vehicle you can message a manager in our online chat or find out if the car you’re looking at has a child seat. You can also specify that you need a child seat in the comments when you make a booking request.

Can I leave the country in a rental vehicle?

Yes, on condition that the vehicle owner agrees to it.

What kind of vehicle can I rent on the website?

Any kind from economy to premium class, except for cargo vehicles and vehicles that are offered with a driver only.

I only have a driving licence from a CIS country, will I be able to rent a vehicle?

You need to clarify it with the owner of the vehicle you’d like to rent.

Can I rent a vehicle to purchase or to use as a taxi?

No, you can’t.

What documents do I need to upload to the site?

Private individuals need to upload their passport, driving licence and vehicle registration certificate.

Companies need to upload their company registration certificate and taxpayer document.

Self employed individuals need to upload their state certificate confirming registration of a private individual as a self employed individual and taxpayer document.

Is uploading my documents compulsory?

Yes, uploading your documents is a required condition to rent out a vehicle.

What kind of vehicle can I rent out?

You can upload any vehicle apart from cargo vehicles and vehicles that are with a driver only.

What commission do you take if I want to rent out a car?

The commission for vehicle owners is 10% of the final cost of renting, including the tax from every agreement made and the cost of insurance and vehicle delivery and return.

What do I do if I don’t get an email confirming registration?

Don’t worry, check your spam folder as the email may have been filtered there by accident. If it’s not there, then email us at [email protected].

How is the cost of renting decided?

Rental prices are set at the vehicle owner’s discretion.

How do I add a vehicle to the site?

You can find instructions in our manual (link)

What payment methods are there?

Clients can make a 10% advance payment on our service which also pays our commission. You’ll receive the remaining amount of money in cash. Alternatively, the client can make the whole payment in advance, in which case you’ll receive the money before the fifth day of the next month after the start of the rental period.

What booking types are there?

The client may choose to book a vehicle:

1. Directly from our online storefront

After a booking is made, you’ll receive an email informing you of the booking with the client. After that, you’ll have to contact the client to clarify details of the order and to confirm it. Our managers will also contact you to clarify booking information. For your own convenience we recommend having a calendar with the availability of your vehicle.

Note that there are two booking modes on our online storefront:

  • Instant booking (default). The client may book a vehicle without you needing to provide any confirmation.

  • Advance notice. Booking will only happen once you confirm that the vehicle is available.

2. Booking request

A client may leave a request for a booking, which will be shown on your dashboard. You can reply to it and offer your vehicle for rent. If the client is interested in choosing your offer, then our managers will contact you to clarify the booking and confirm it.
