Можно поставить твердую четверку. Все хорошо. Но есть вопросы по тонкостям в договоренности. Спасибо менеджеру сервиса - помогали решить вопросы и закрепить договоренности.
Машина чистая, все работает. Небольшие нюансы во внешнем виде, но не критичные. В машине есть люк (работает) и навигация на английском языке.
По навигации. Лучше чем Гугл и mapsme. Показывает куда заранее перестроиться и т.п. Минус - нет пробок.
С хозяином все вопросы решали быстро через ватсап. Машину сразу взяли в Аэропорты и вернули практически там же.

Минус. Долго возвращался депозит.
Однако, плюс в том, что депозит был наличными и наличные вернулись в РФ из ОАЭ через Контакт.

В общем, рекомендую.

Amr was really understanding. He was punctual and communicative, which simplified the rental process. His 2014 Audi Q7 was in amazing shape and had no issues whatsoever. It was my first time in Dubai, so a little struggle with navigation was expected. However, the car featured a GPS, so I had no problems at all. The air conditioning was my protection against the heat. The car is fuel-efficient, which is a plus for me. Rent from Amr with no second thoughts. I would consider renting this car in the future.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

  • A passport

  • A local or international driving licence, depending on where you're renting

The owner also has the right to request a picture of you with your driving licence.

What is NOT included in the vehicle price shown on the website?

Costs for fuel, parking, and any other additional services the owner may offer. For example, delivery/return of the vehicle, child seats or additional insurance.

What do I do if I need a child seat?

When choosing a car to book, you can message a manager using our online chat and they will find out whether the owner has a child seat. You can also specify this in the comment field when leaving a request for a personally selected car.

Can I leave the country or region in a rental car?

Yes, if the vehicle owner agrees.
