Skoda Fabia got a Monte Carlo modification

Skoda presented a flagship version of the Fabia compact hatchback of the fourth generation with the traditional name Monte Carlo. The novelty received sports elements in the exterior and interior, and also got the maximum set of equipment. The Monte Carlo version can be distinguished from the standard hatchback Skoda Fabia by the bright black roof, pillars, mirrors, and outdoor design. In addition, the car got a rear spoiler, a decorative diffuser, and special wheels. The drag coefficient is 0.28, which was achieved, among other things, due to active flaps in the radiator grille.

Seats received enhanced side support and decorative inserts, "like carbon". In addition, the standard equipment includes LED backlighting and a 10.25-inch virtual dashboard. The list of available equipment included adaptive cruise control, which operates at speeds up to 210 km/h, a multimedia system with a 64 GB SSD-drive for storing navigation maps, five USB-C connectors, as well as a wireless charging station for mobile gadgets.

The new Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo will be offered with standard petrol engines. The base engine — 1.0-liter 80 hp, working together with a five-speed manual gearbox. At the top of the range is the 1.5-liter turbo with 150 hp. European sales of the new Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo will start in spring 2022.
