Ambition 2030: Nissan announced 23 new car concepts

The Japanese company plans to launch 23 new cars by 2030. 15 of them will be powered by electric motors, the remaining 8 with hybrid engines. This project is the part of the Ambition 2030 strategy, which supports Nissan's goal of saving environment and reduce carbon harm.

For the realization of this plan, company plans to spend over 2 trillion yen in the next 5 years. At this moment Nissan showed the car concepts, that will be produced in the few next years. Nissan presented 4 concepts: Surf-Out, Max-Out, Chill-Out and Hang-Out. But so far, only one of it has been implemented only one - the Chill-Out crossover.

All concepts have autopilot, and Nissan plans to produce 2.5 million cars equipped with the ProPilot system by 2026. And by 2030, the company intends to implement next-generation Lidar systems on every new model.
