Acura has significantly updated its exterior this year. The design shows the features of the flagship MDX SUV. The RDX model has gained a more powerful and predatory look. Its forms now exude charming aggression, and the air intakes on the front bumper have become more weighty.
The Diamond Pentagon Grille has the same look as the MDX but with a more subtle edging. The rear bumper is now sportier. It now has cutouts for the new rectangular dual exhaust pipes.
The functionality and interior of the RDX cabin have become smarter and more refined. The front seats are now electrically adjustable and heated. Dual-zone climate control is built-in. In addition to the classic aluminum trim on the doors, dashboard, and center console, you can choose new options: brushed bronze aluminum and brushed dark aluminum.
Acura has introduced advanced technology for greater safety. The driver will now benefit from AcuraWatch™, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and Blind Spot Alert. The Advanced Package includes an all-around camera system.
