RENTAL TERMS
The daily mileage limit for rentals of 10 days or less is 300 km. For rentals between 11 and 30 days, the total mileage limit is 3,000 km. If these limits are exceeded, a charge of €1 per extra kilometer will apply. You can remove or increase this limit by selecting unlimited mileage or additional kilometer packages.
Vehicles have collision damage waiver insurance. Provided the driver is not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances causing loss of consciousness, in the event of an accident where the guest is at fault; if primarily at fault, the guest is responsible for all costs, if partially at fault or not at fault, the guest is responsible only for the damage up to the deductible, unless additional coverage has been purchased and the necessary conditions are met.
During the rental, it is mandatory to provide all details of a valid physical credit card in the contract. Debit cards are not accepted. The credit card must be active and usable; authorized personnel may check the card status if deemed necessary. This process is for security and guarantee purposes. Payment can be made with cash or a different/same credit or debit card.
Reservations are confirmed based on vehicle group and transmission type. If unavailable, a vehicle from the same segment or a higher segment will be provided without any price difference.
If you wish to use the vehicle outside the region of rental, this must be indicated during the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation may be unilaterally canceled at the time of rental.
Despite a confirmed reservation, the vehicle will not be delivered under the following conditions: the presented credit card is invalid, has insufficient limit, or is inactive; the driver’s license is not present, invalid, or insufficient; for Turkish guests, the national ID card is missing or invalid; for foreign guests, the passport is missing or invalid; rude, threatening, or aggressive behavior; being under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or similar substances; failure to be present at the specified pickup location or being late at the rental time.
