Cancellation
Please give 24-hours' notice to change or cancel a reservation. For holiday rentals, a minimum of 48-hours' notice will be required to avoid a cancellation fee.
Debit Cards
We do not accept any form of debit card, check card, or prepaid card for initial rental qualifications. At the end of the rental period, you may pay for the rental fees any way you prefer.
At the time of the rental, the credit card must be in the renter's name and must have plenty of available credit. The minimum credit check on card is $***. If taking CDW, minimum credit check is the deductible of $***. At the return of the vehicle, the rental fees can be paid any way you prefer.
